So I have a couple of these empty printing press/movable type drawers because they’re bascially awesome. This one happens to have been for Caslon Light Italic. Your homework, just for fun: go do some research on why we call THIS uppercase, and this lowercase. Go on, then. I’ll wait.
Right. So now that you’re back and thoroughly filled with historical trivia, the question is: when I hang this drawer on my wall, what teeny tiny things should I put in the compartments (note: no more than 1”x2”)?

I grew up with one my mom filled with the teeny mementos of my sister’s and my childhood, including a petite jar of our baby teeth. So: teeth

Were it mine, I’d start collecting letter blocks of various typefaces, interspersed with sundry other notable wee miscellany.
