Anna & I finally got around to making official Engagement Announcements for our extended family, friends, &c. With so many cultures mashing up together, however, it means no less than three announcements in three languages: English, Spanish & French. I’ve just realized ‘southern’ is conspicuously absent, though—I might need to get cookin’ on that.

The fingerprints-as-a-heart idea was unabashedly borrowed from this fantastic Mates of State gig poster by Jason Munn, but it seemed once we’d thought of it, we just had to do it for ourselves. It just made sense. (For those keeping score at home, those’re actual prints from our left-hand ring fingers. So, you know, we’re keeping it real.)

So, with these, please do consider our engagement officially ANNOUNCED.
